Owner's reply

Hi Dwayne, I'm sorry to hear your recent visit wasn't what you expected and that the flavor profile of your burger didn't quite hit the mark for you. We take all feedback to heart as we constantly strive to improve.

We do specialize in halal burgers in Port Huron, MI, as part of our commitment to serving a diverse customer base with high-quality ingredients. Our unique ZipSauce, which some guests absolutely love, is usually introduced as a topping, not cooked into the meat itself, so I'm concerned to hear that was your experience. Our goal is always to deliver the best local burger joint experience, crafted with care.

We're grateful for the trust our clients place in us across 84 reviews and our 4.6-star average, and we want every customer to leave happy. If you'd be willing to give us another chance, I'd love for you to reach out to me directly at the restaurant. We can discuss your experience further and hopefully find a burger on our ZipSauce Burger menu that you'll truly enjoy.
