I cannot thank this salon enough for helping my daughter. After a visit to another salon, her hair became severely matted with a large knot that seemed impossible to remove. The team here went above and beyond, spending more than 4 hours carefully and patiently working through the knot and saving as much of her hair as possible.

Even though they were very busy and we did not have an appointment, they made time for us and worked on her hair in between clients. They were kind, compassionate, professional, and truly cared about helping my daughter feel better.

They also gave her a haircut and treated her with so much patience and respect throughout the entire process. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for skilled professionals who genuinely care about their clients.

Thank you for turning a very stressful situation into a positive experience for my daughter and our family. ❤️
